The “ALL STAR” Impact Door is the ideal solution for interior openings up to 8' x 8'. This solid wood core door is ideal where privacy into restricted areas and appearance is a consideration. The All Star Door is also available with three hinge variations depending on usage. SUPER SWING - Hinge Hardware shall be “Super Swing” no spring gravity hinges type, jamb and floor mounted, double acting, and swinging in 900 in each direction. Material is galvanized to resist corrosion and Case Hardened to last. Aluminium hinge covers are supplied as standard.

GRAVITY SWING - Hinge Hardware shall be jamb and floor mounted, cast steel v-cam gravity type, double acting, swinging in 90° in each direction. V-cam gravity hinge hardware shall be an assembly of a cast aluminium alloy upper door clamp, fitted with a cast aluminium alloy v-cam follower complete with a 1-1/4” diameter aircraft quality needle bearing cam yoke roller. Top v-cam and bottom bearing are fitted with a self-aligning spherical bearing for smooth operation. All non-aluminium metallic parts are galvanized to resist corrosion.

SMOOTH SWING - Hinge Hardware shall be jamb and floor mounted, (bottom) steel plated jamb guard with a nylon v-cam insert working in conjunction with a steel v-cam pivot pin. Hinge is gravity type, double acting, swinging in 90° in each direction. Press fitted spherical bearing compensates for misalignment. Top hinge is composed of mechanical tubing with a press fitted spherical bearing to compensate for misalignment. Works in conjunction with panel top pivot pin.
