ALL STAR 75 General Purpose Impact Door

The “ALL STAR 75” Impact Door is the ideal solution for interior openings up to 8' x 9' and is food grade approved. This solid wood core door is ideal where privacy into restricted areas and appearance is a consideration.

A wide selection of outer finishes are available including laminate, aluminium, stainless steel, galvanized steel or 1/8" ABS. The All Star 75 include standard "Smooth Swing" hinges ideally suited for supermarkets, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores, and processing plants applications. The solid wood core provides privacy, security, and outstanding environmental control thus saving money and energy costs.

Optional full gasketing provides an additional benefits against possible corrosion.

Specifications:

HINGE HARDWARE: "SMOOTH SWING" - Hinge Hardware shall be jamb and floor mounted, (bottom) steel hinge guard with a nylon v-cam insert working in conjunction with a steel v-cam pivot pin. Hinge is gravity type, double acting, swinging in 90° in each direction. Press fitted spherical bearing compensates for misalignment. Top hinge is composed of mechanical tubing with a press fitted spherical bearing to compensate for misalignment. Works in conjunction with panel top pivot pin.

FINISHES:
All Star 75 Series are fully metal clad solid wood core doors; either ABS or LAMINATE bodies.

  • "ABS" All Star 75 Series Doors, shall consist of a 3/4 " thick exterior grade wood with a 1/8" ABS sheet. A variety of colours to choose from, please call us for further information on ABS colours. Chemically bonded to both sides, each panel shall have a clear 1/8" Lexan single pane window 9"W x 14" H.
  • LAMINATE All Star 75 Series Doors, shall consist of a 3/4 " thick exterior grade wood with a high pressure laninate. A variety of colours to choose from (see below links of laminate companies and colour options). Chemically bonded to both sides, each panel shall have a clear 1/8" Lexan single pane window 9"W x 14" H.

    Available in a wide range of brand name high pressure laminate finishes such as: Arborite, Formica, Wilsonart, Nevamar; in both solid and wood-grain finishes. Also available with metal cladding such as: stainless steel, anodized aluminum or galvanized steel; either solid or in combination.

APPLICATIONS:
The All Star 75 Series impact doors are widely accepted in supermarkets, retail stores, restaurants and cafes, pharmacies, convenience stores, Auto Stores, Bakeries, Beer Stores, Delicatessen (Deli's), food and beverage processing plants, Department Stores, Discount Stores, Distribution Centres, Drug Stores, Fish Markets, Flower Shops, Hospitals and Liquor Stores. A great all purpose high traffic door.

Suitable for pedestrian, pushcart and hand or motorized pallet truck traffic.
Not recommended for use with rider pallet truck or high-speed motorized traffic (No Forklifts).
