		Series 1000 Solid Wood Core Retail Impact Door
		Designed for openings up to 8'W x 8'H, the series 1000 impact traffic door is ideal where privacy into restricted areas and appearance are a major considerations. The “Super Swing” no spring gravity hinge opens at the slightest touch and closes softly and quietly. The “Super Swing” hinge system allows for minor door adjustments. Available in a wide range of models with brand name high-pressure laminate finishes such as: Arborite, Formica, Wilsonart, Nevamar, in both solid and woodgrain finishes. 		The series 1000 model SS1 fully metal clad solid wood core impact traffic door consist of a ¾” thick exterior grade plywood core entirely metal clad with 48” high 18 gauge galvanized steel base plates both sides of each panel and .032” thick aluminum satin anodized finishes on the upper portion both sides. Each panel shall have a clear safety acrylic window 9” W x 14”H set in a black rubber molding.





		The series 1000 model SS4 fully metal clad solid wood core impact traffic door consist of a ¾” thick exterior grade plywood core with a high-pressure laminate sheet, chemically bonded to both sides. Door shall be furnished with 18” high 18 gauge stainless steel base plates both sides of each panel and 18 gauge stainless steel channel trim at the top, back, and leading edges. Each panel shall have a clear safety acrylic window 9” W x 14”H set in a black rubber molding. The 1000 model SS-4 is also available with lower base plates of 48” high, 18-gauge stainless steel on both sides of each panel.





		The series 1000 model SS6 high pressure laminate clad sheet aluminum impact traffic door consist of .064” thick one (1) piece aluminum alloy sheet, satin anodized finish with vertically formed Delta Edge for strength and rigidity. Each panel shall have a clear safety acrylic window 9”W x 14”H set in black rubber molding.





		The series 1000 model SS7 high pressure laminate clad sheet aluminum impact traffic door shall be 1 ½” thick overall consisting of a ½” thick insulating foam core mounted between two (2) sheets of ½” thick exterior grade plywood and entirely metal clad with 48” high 18 gauge galvanized steel base plates and .032” thick aluminum satin anodized finish on the upper portion both sides of each panel. Each panel shall have a clear safety acrylic window 9”W x 14”H set in a black rubber molding. Door panels are fully gasketed.

		HINGE HARDWARE for the 1000 series impact door shall be “Super Swing” no spring gravity hinges galvanized to resist corrosion. Aluminum hinge covers are supplied as standard. APPLICATIONS: The series 1000 impact doors are widely accepted in supermarkets, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores, processing plants, Auto Stores, Bakeries, Beer Stores, Delicatessen (Deli's), Department Stores, Discount Stores, Distribution Centres, Drug Stores, Fish Markets, Flower Shops, Food Process Plants, Hospitals and Liquor Stores. Suitable for pedestrian, pushcart and hand or motorized pallet truck traffic. Not recommended for use with rider pallet truck or high-speed motorized traffic (No Forklifts). Available in a large variety of colours: Beige, Brown, Grey, Red, Yellow and White.
